| 4468C J.P. Sauer & Sohn Percussion Two Bbl Set. One set 18 bore shot barrels and one set 55caliber rifle barrels. Both Damascus and in excellent condition. Shot barrels have the original ramrod. Rifle barrels made later and are serial numbered to the gun. Nickel silver butt plate. Name on barrels plus all bottom metal. Gold accents on barrel bands and barrel hinge pins. Hammers are sculpted in a dragon motif. Gun is for both left and right shooters with attractive cheek pieces on both sides of stock. Stock is original with original finish and well fitted & sound. Marvelous carving and checkering. Showy – arty – historical. An exceptional piece of gun art from the 1860’s – all in wonderful condition. $6,250.00 |
