Conditions of Sale

Form of Payment: Send us a cashiers check along with a dealers name, address and a copy of that dealers federal firearms license . The gun will be sent to your dealer and he will do the paper work and registration. Include $20.00 per item for shipping and handling. The gun will be packed in custom made boxes and insured for full value. All items are shipped UPS insured or Post Office registered and insured. Five day inspection upon receipt of the merchandise.

Refunds will be processed within three days after receipt of the returned item. All returned items must be received in unaltered condition. We require notification of any item being returned, and this must occur within the five day time limit.

Lay-away: Call us to discuss terms to suite you. No refunds on lay-away items.

Federal Firearms License: All Federal and State firearms laws will be strictly observed, no exceptions. Guns manufactured after 1898 require a signed federal firearms license and must be shipped to the address as it appears on the license. States that have regulations or requirements that exceed the Federal provisions, including certain curio and relic items, must comply with those laws as set forth by their state of residence. Full compliance is mandatory. Your local Federal Firearms licensed dealer can provide you with information regarding your purchase of a firearm, and in most cases assist you by sending a copy of his signed license to us.

Note: Purchasers assume all liability contingent to the use of firearms and ammunition. All weapons are sold as antiques or collector's items and are not guaranteed in functioning order and are not intended for actual use.

Purchases and consignments (German-Austrian only):

Purchases: We are interested in purchasing single items or entire collections of high quality German-Austrian long guns. We particularly look for interesting guns of elegant design made between 1890 and 1939 also unusual barrel groupings and undersized or oversized calibers. Engraving that is old fashioned, odd subject matter or wire inlay is also of special interest (again on German-Austrian guns only).

Consignments: We are always interested in obtaining quality German-Austrian long guns for consignment. If you have a nice or unusual firearm that you would like to have sold, please contact us with the gun information. You may call or email this information to us.
